FPC is pleased to announce its first William S. Minor Fellow Lecture. Jennifer Marra will present her lecture “Humor and Interpretation” on Sunday, July 22, at 3 PM. Marra is the first recipient of the dissertation fellowship awarded by the FPC, to do her research in residence at the American Institute of Philosophical and Cultural Thought. She has been with us since June 1 and will remain until August 1. Marra is a Ph.D. candidate at Marquette University. The session will be chaired by Pete A.Y. Gunter, Senior Fellow of the AIPCT, Board Chair of FPC, and Regents Professor Emeritus of the University of North Texas. This annual lecture has been names for William S. Minor, who endowment to the Foundation for the Philosophy of Creativity make the fellowship possible.
